This license agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the i18n Translate IntelliJ Plugin ("Software") developed by Eastgate Development ("Licensor").

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the following terms:

1. PERMITTED USES

• • You may install and use the Software on multiple IntelliJ IDEA instances for your personal or commercial development projects
• • You may use the Software to translate properties files for applications you develop
• • You may use translated output files in your projects without restriction

2. RESTRICTIONS

• • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• • You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• • You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• • You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or license information

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• • The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor
• • This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of Licensor

4. DATA AND PRIVACY

• • The Software may transmit text content to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) for translation purposes
• • API keys and configuration data are stored locally using IntelliJ's secure storage
• • Licensor does not collect, store, or have access to your translation data or API keys

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• • THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
• • LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• • IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE
• • LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE

7. TERMINATION

• • This license is effective until terminated
• • You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the Software
• • This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term hereof

8. GOVERNING LAW

• • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Licensor is based
• • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration

9. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

• • Licensor may provide updates to the Software at its sole discretion
• • Support is provided on a best-effort basis through designated channels
• • Updates may be subject to additional license terms
